High Level Design

We separate design into two phases: high level and detailed. In this first phase, we take the personas generated in the user research process and start making your product concept come to life.

We start with an ideation process, experimenting with a series of design concepts. Each is evaluated based on user needs, business needs, and mobile-created demands. Blueprints, page renderings, and information architecture communicate to management team what the product really is.

Behind the scenes, we design user interaction. How will users accomplish key goals? How will they understand application organization? Where will key features reside? What information sources are needed? How will advertising be supported? What is the best device rendering strategy? What does the application look like? We answer these questions and more.
