You’ll get a spreadsheet (download a sample) with user interface and user experience issues documented. Each item has a description of the issue, what screens it applies to, a severity similar to common development bug systems, and the recommended fixes.

You get an action list for improving your application or web site.

A typical report might include major usability issues, recommended feature additions (or subtractions), easy changes, long-term changes, difficult changes, and possibly technology suggestions. A report is not a full design, rather a quick review and change of directions. Reports run from 30 to 150 issues.

Within one week of the report delivery, you can schedule a one hour meeting with us to discuss the issues.

What you do: Fill out the form below. We’ll evaluate the materials to be certain of a match. You’ll receive a PayPal invoice – $1,800 for a web site or $2,500 for an application. Go ahead and pay that.

You will need to give us a testing procedure, limited to ten total steps or screens of your site or application. You may list it below, or reply to the invoice email. If you have any other documentation, like wireframes or market segmentation or sales materials, feel free to include that in the email also.

What we do: We put ourselves into your customers’ shoes as we walk through your site or application. We will documenting the “gotchas,” things where your customers are likely to have problems, as well as the good features that you should preserve and emphasize.

What you get: In just one week you will receive expert review and feedback in a spreadsheet (download a sample) format that is likely familiar to your development team. Our recommendations are actionable and concrete, so you can get moving.

Other stuff you should know:

Little Springs Design will keep all materials sent held in confidence, including your organization name. We will not disclose your confidential information to anybody, and will destroy it upon request. Formal NDA execution is available for an additional $150.

If your application is on a special type of device, or is impossible to download, or is still too secure, we can work with that too. Just send us an active phone, power cord and any other accessories, with the application already installed. We’ll evaluate it, then send the device back when we’re done.
